Club Tempo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Club Tempo website, photo booth experience, and SMS marketing program. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
- OAuth tokens and identifiers returned by platforms you authorize (e.g., TikTok open_id) for the sole purpose of posting content.
- Operational logs (file names, timestamps, job IDs) needed for queueing and troubleshooting posts.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate with platforms you connect and upload/publish content you place in designated folders.
- Prevent duplicate posts and maintain posting history.
Sharing
We do not sell or share data with third parties beyond the social networks you explicitly authorize.
Google and YouTube API Services
Our internal automation tool ("Club Tempo") uses YouTube API Services to programmatically upload videos produced by Club Tempo LA to our own YouTube channel (@ClubTempoLA). This tool is used only by the Club Tempo business owner account (clubtempola@gmail.com) to post content we produce and own. It is not offered to or used by any third party.
By authorizing Club Tempo to access your YouTube account, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
What we access via YouTube API Services
- The
youtube.upload OAuth scope, which allows inserting new videos to the authorized user's YouTube channel. We use this only to upload videos we produced to our own @ClubTempoLA channel.
How we store and handle Google/YouTube data
- OAuth refresh tokens are stored locally on the Club Tempo office Windows PC that runs the automation. They are not transmitted to any third party, not shared, and not stored in any external database or cloud service.
- We do not read other users' YouTube videos, channels, comments, playlists, or subscriptions.
- We do not post to, modify, or delete any YouTube channel other than our own.
- We do not use Google data for any advertising, profiling, or machine-learning training.
Revoking Google/YouTube access
You may revoke Club Tempo's access to your Google Account at any time via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately invalidates the stored refresh token.

Retention
- OAuth tokens are stored securely and removed when access is revoked or no longer needed.
- Operational logs are retained for audit/troubleshooting and can be cleared on request.
Security
Access to systems is restricted to authorized personnel. Secrets are stored in environment variables or encrypted storage where possible.
Your Choices
You can revoke the App's access at any time from the respective platform's security/settings page.

What We Collect
When you use our photo booth, we collect:
- Phone number (required)
- Email address (optional)
- Instagram handle (optional)
- Your photo
How You Opt In to SMS
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Club Tempo in the following ways:
- Photobooth kiosk: At the end of your photo booth session, you are shown a prompt asking if you would like to receive your photos via text message. To opt in, you must actively enter your mobile phone number and check a box confirming the following Call to Action (CTA): "By entering your phone number, you agree to receive your photos and promotional texts from Club Tempo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe." No messages are sent without this explicit action.
- Text to join: Text START to the Club Tempo SMS number to opt in.
Consent records, including timestamp, phone number, and CTA language displayed, are captured digitally by our photo booth platform.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
How We Use It
- Photo delivery: We send your photo via your chosen method (Instagram DM, email, or SMS)
- Marketing: If you opt in, we send VIP offers, event invites, and updates via SMS
- Promotions: If you consent, we may use your photo in our social media and marketing materials
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on events and promotions, typically 2–6 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply.
How to Stop SMS
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email photos@clubtempola.com.
Data Retention
- Photos: Kept for 7 days, then deleted (unless you consented to promotional use)
- Contact info: Kept until you opt out
- Promotional photos: Archived securely; you can request deletion anytime
