These Terms govern your use of Club Tempo services, including the Club Tempo Poster app and SMS marketing communications.

Use of the App

• You must have permission to post content to connected accounts.
• You are responsible for the content you upload; do not upload unlawful or infringing materials.

SMS Marketing Terms

Club Tempo operates an SMS marketing program to send event announcements, ticket promotions, special offers, guest list confirmations, and venue updates to opted-in subscribers.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Club Tempo in the following ways:

• Photobooth kiosk: At the Club Tempo photobooth, you may enter your mobile phone number and check a box confirming: "By entering your phone number, you agree to receive your photos and promotional texts from Club Tempo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
• Text to join: Text START to the Club Tempo SMS number to opt in.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on events and promotions, typically 2–6 messages per month.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Termination
